AGNES: ‘Wellness therapy made me enjoy life again’

We all have times of emotional, physical or spiritual difficulty.  Ms Agnes Nederhof, of the Netherlands, has a Practice where people come to consult her about ways to overcome their problems. Her methods vary, according to each individual and she usually succeeds in helping them.

Her approach is quite personal, testing each client, as she seeks the basic cause of their complaint. Quite often this is surprising to the client. She then gives the client appropriate treatment, advice and some Natural Medicine.

Ms Nederhof has studied  Nature Medicine in Bloemendaal the Netherlands. The Academy provides courses at HBO level to Naturopathic therapist, Body-oriented therapist and Counsellor. Next to that she followed several Natural Healing Methods, including: Chiropody, spiritual Foot Reflexology and diagnostique,  INTEGRA, NEI, (kinesiology), Natural Medicine Therapy,  Reanimation, EHBO, Reiki and several others. She has Diplomas or Certificates in all of these subjects.

She is currently following (in addition to the Feel Good Academy) the Bengston Cycling Method. This technique forms the basis of his scientific research into the effects of energy healing in cancer. The results of his research are truly amazing, but how is that possible? And what can you do with it (even more)? Online she is studying  the Path of the Shaman, Feeling Good academy and Relation addictions and Codependency.  She is part of a training with sjamanic drums and meditations  in a recovery center in Utrecht.

Her knowledge is largely the result of her own serious difficulties. On a trip to The Canary Islands, during the eighties, she became quite ill. Back home, she was diagnosed as having  a “probabilty diagnosis 95 % Multiple Sclerosis” (M.S.), a disease that was at that time usually incurable.

Feeling confused and shocked she started trying various Natural Medical techniques, including physiotherapy on a haptonomic basis, and she started healing! Her life changed completely. Physiotherapy on a haptonomic basis gave her the lesson to trust her body again, to feel, to lean on, to let go of emotions TO ACCEPT; ‘only then you can work on the problem’.

She continued using several other methods, started a new lifestyle, stopped smoking and drinking alcohol less sugar. She became a Singer/Musician her band   41+ in Café Averechts in Utrecht and continues her dancing with dance company Touchee, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yoga online with Carmel, Swan lane yoga and meditationlessons by LP Monk Sander, Dhammakaya Nederland and learning her favorite dance: Swing Utrecht: Lindy Hop. Finally she started to enjoy life again. At the moment she is while conquering cancer, in stable health. Her own healing helps her help others.
